A leading industrial manufacturing organization is seeking a Site Maintenance Engineering Director to oversee Maintenance Engineering and Reliability departments at their North American flagship location. Candidates should have 3-5 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This full-time role offers competitive pay in the range of $150,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Plant Engineering or Maintenance Leadership experience.
• Experience in high speed/fast paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead a department of 60+ employees in Maintenance Engineering and Reliability.
• Oversee budgetary aspects of the Maintenance Engineering function.
• Manage external service providers and contractor relationships.
• Drive department metrics and ensure timely deliverables.
