Ensono is seeking a Director of Mainframe Systems Programming to lead a cross-functional team delivering hardware and software lifecycle management across multiple mainframes running z/OS. The role requires deep mainframe knowledge, strategic thinking, and strong stakeholder engagement with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; equivalent work experience considered.
• Able to manage up, down and across organizations, clients and/or functions.
• Experienced in diverse mainframe technical environments and related technologies.
• Strong communication to lead at client/team/Business unit levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the functional organization.
