One of our companies is currently looking for a Director, Loyalty Marketing in United States.

As the Director of Loyalty Marketing, you will lead the strategy and execution of initiatives to enhance customer retention, engagement, and long-term success. You’ll be responsible for evolving the current loyalty programs into a more structured, scalable experience. Your role will focus on driving customer engagement through habit formation, targeted incentives, and effective communication. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage a high-performing team to optimize loyalty workflows and ensure the success of the program.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of a structured, scalable loyalty program to drive customer retention and engagement.
  • Create strategies to help customers form lasting habits and achieve success with the brand's products through incentives, rewards, and regular communication.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer retention, engagement, and program success.
  • Work closely with tech teams to implement and optimize workflows across various platforms to enhance the customer experience.
  • Manage the loyalty budget, partnerships with vendors, and oversee program investments.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, scaling loyalty initiatives while providing mentorship and leadership.
  • 8+ years of experience in customer marketing, loyalty, or retention programs, with a strong focus on eCommerce and subscription-based businesses.
  • 4+ years of experience managing teams and successfully scaling loyalty programs across multiple customer touchpoints.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using analytics platforms to inform and drive decisions.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams (marketing, tech, product, data) to bring loyalty initiatives to life.
  • Expertise in loyalty tools, automation, CDPs, and audience orchestration platforms.
  • International experience or knowledge of launching loyalty programs in new markets is a plus.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, while leading a team and driving high-level initiatives.
