The Director, R&I Lip Formulation will lead a formulation team to create innovative lip makeup solutions, establish strategic platforms, and drive cross-functional collaboration from lab scale to full production. Qualifications

• Demonstrated strength in managing multiple projects, multiple team members and delivering programs in a dynamic environment.
• Extensive experience with aligning stakeholders, facilitating conflict, and communicating information to enable leaders to see underlying issues and solutions in varying settings including workshops, small groups or one-on-one meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead formulation team to develop innovative lip makeup formulations and establish strategic platforms.
• Build talent and capability; guide team with a scientific formulation approach and new testing/characterization methodologies.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with stakeholders and scale make-and-fill processes from lab to factory.
• Align the team with vision, develop future talent, and foster learning within the organization.
• Develop and lead technology platforms and testing methods for lip makeup innovations.
