Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure resident satisfaction levels are achieved through quality and hospitality services and initiatives.
• Oversee the design of life enrichment and engagement programs that are appropriate based on resident interests and abilities to optimize participation.
• Coordinate and market community-wide resident functions including holiday and anniversary celebrations.
• Develop departmental budget and operate the department within annual budgetary guidelines.
• Directly responsible for hiring, scheduling, supervising, performance management and corrective action; staff development and training.
• Participate in department policy development and monitoring.
• Manage vendor partnerships.
