Job summary

Lifespace Communities is seeking a Community Manager at GreenFields of Geneva in Geneva, Illinois. This role leads resident life enrichment initiatives, ensures high resident satisfaction, and markets community-wide events.

You will manage budgeting, staffing, and vendor partnerships to deliver a purposeful senior living experience. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, at least five years of relevant experience, and state-certified credentials (NCCAP or CTRS preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Five years of applicable experience.
• Certifications required by state regulations.
• NCCAP or CTRS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure resident satisfaction through quality and hospitality services.
• Oversee life enrichment and engagement programs that optimize resident participation based on interests.
• Coordinate and market community-wide resident functions including holiday and anniversary celebrations.
• Develop departmental budget and operate within annual budget guidelines.
• Direct hiring, scheduling, supervising, performance management and corrective action; develop staff.
• Participate in department policy development and monitoring.
• Manage vendor partnerships.

Education
