• 10+ years leading complex PM programs in licensed or entertainment product spaces.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor PM professionals.
• Track record of improving processes while delivering fast-moving work.
• Experience navigating licensors and IP dependencies.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Entertainment PM team with accountability culture.
• Oversee end-to-end development and launch of licensed trading-card properties.
• Escalate and resolve product development and launch issues with cross-functional teams.
• Improve PM processes, tools, reporting, and communications.
• Coordinate with product teams, executives, and external licensors.
• Identify risks and communicate tradeoffs to senior leadership.
