Description Summary: The Director of Leverage Finance Portfolio Management is a senior portfolio management role. The Director is responsible for the management of a portfolio of commercial loans within the Leverage Finance group. Primary responsibilities include underwriting quality, portfolio monitoring and portfolio administration for an assigned portfolio to include cash flow analysis and modeling, capitalization, industry research, credit policy and legal documentation, among others, in analyzing and summarizing the creditworthiness of clients and prospects. The Director will frequently collaborate with internal partners including Relationship Management, Credit Administration, Capital Markets, Treasury Management, and other product partners in optimizing customer relationships. A Director level colleague is generally viewed as a subject matter expert in the industries they cover.
