Job summary

Lilly is seeking a data engineer to own the IRM data foundation, defining the Microsoft Fabric architecture and medallion-layer data pipelines that unify risk data from ServiceNow GRC, SAP, Workday, and assurance platforms into cohesive data ecosystems.

You will balance hands-on delivery with governance, design data models and Power BI semantic layers, and enable real-time risk monitoring, analytics, and AI-ready datasets for risk leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, or data-related field.
• 5+ years in data engineering, ETL, or data integration.
• Experience with Fabric or cloud data platforms.
• Strong SQL and Python/PySpark skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the Microsoft Fabric architecture for IRM data, including medallion layers.
• Design and build scalable data pipelines across risk domains.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to deliver datasets powering dashboards.
• Establish data governance, quality, security, and access controls.
• Lead data observability and performance optimization initiatives.
