Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of legal operations, legal technology, compliance operations, consulting, or related experience.
• Experience implementing AI solutions, automation technologies, or digital transformation within legal or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead legal operations strategy and align with company objectives.
• Design scalable workflows across contracting, compliance, governance, litigation, and regulatory matters.
• Manage budgets, vendors, outside counsel, and technology investments.
• Oversee matter management, intake, prioritization, and reporting across legal portfolio.
• Direct e-billing, spend analytics, and cost controls within the Legal Department.
• Coordinate litigation supports, e-discovery, and document preservation.
• Maintain policies, procedures, calendars, and auditable controls.
• Develop staffing plans and performance management for legal operations staff.
• Establish governance for AI usage and adoption within legal/compliance.
