Role Overview

Anywhere Real Estate is seeking a Director of Leads Operations for our Leads Team – a dynamic leader who can bridge Business Operations, Strategy, and Analytics. In this high-impact role, you will often find yourself dropped into complex business situations with little to no prior context. You must be able to quickly map out current processes, identify gaps, and develop improvement strategies. The ideal candidate combines high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and is equally comfortable crafting strategic plans and rolling up their sleeves to implement solutions. You will leverage data-driven insights to drive decision-making and optimize our operations, ensuring the Leads Team operates at peak efficiency and effectiveness.

This role is 100% remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic frameworks to optimize operations and lead management, aligning with business goals and supporting sustainable growth.
  • Collaborate with Revenue & Network Operations, Marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of initiatives. Act as a liaison to drive key projects forward.
  • Support business transformation by implementing automation and AI-driven solutions (e.g., Amazon Connect, chatbots, AI transcription) to streamline outreach, optimize call handling, unify CRM platforms, reduce manual work, and uncover data insights.
  • Analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Present insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels to gain buy-in.
  • Support KPI dashboard development and reporting, leveraging advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, scenario modeling, automation) for deep data analysis and scenario planning.
  • Develop forecasting models and conduct scenario analyses to support revenue growth planning, using Excel-based models to test assumptions and guide decisions.
  • Map and optimize business processes across teams using tools like Miro, Visio, or Lucidchart. Identify inefficiencies and recommend streamlined workflows.
  • Lead operational projects from conception to execution, defining scope, coordinating efforts, and managing timelines for measurable impact.
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements, balancing strategic planning with tactical execution.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, or related fields, with a proven record of driving operational improvements and revenue growth.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, scenario modeling, and macros.
  • Experience with process mapping and workflow tools such as Miro, Visio, or Lucidchart.
  • Familiarity with CRM, BI platforms, and analytics software; SQL or Python experience a plus.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex data into clear insights for executives and teams.
  • Leadership experience in cross-functional initiatives and influencing without authority.
