JOB SUMMARY: The Director, Leader of Talent Systems serves as the strategic system owner and subject matter expert across all Oracle Fusion HCM modules. This role ensures enterprise-wide adoption, optimization, and continuous enhancement of the system. Acting as the functional bridge between IT, Talent, and business stakeholders, this leader champions self-service, data integrity, reporting, and end-user experience across Claritev.

This is a contract position for 2.5-3.5 Years

Job Roles And Responsibilities

  • Serve as the system lead for Oracle Fusion HCM across modules (Core Talent, Talent, Absence, Compensation, etc.)
  • Design and maintain governance over configurations, permissions, and workflows
  • Build and maintain dashboards and advanced reports (OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts)
  • Identify system and process improvements to maximize business efficiency and accuracy
  • Partner with functional leads to deliver timely upgrades, UAT, and user support
  • Implement and champion cross-functional collaboration
  • Oversee and monitor change management strategies
  • Serve as escalation point for system issues, defects, and change requests
  • Maintain data quality standards, privacy protocols, and compliance (HIPAA, SOX)
  • Provides input for end-user training, documentation, and communication campaigns. Collaborates with L&D, Comms, and Engagement teams to produce materials.
  • Monitor system usage trends, KPIs, and business impact metrics
  • Select, develop, and evaluate staff to ensure the efficient operation of department.
  • Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
  • Demonstrate Company's Core Competencies and values held within.
  • Please note due to the exposure of PHI sensitive data -- this role is considered to be a High Risk Role.

Job Scope

This role functions as the strategic owner of Oracle Fusion HCM systems across the enterprise, requiring a high level of independence and cross-functional leadership. The incumbent must prioritize both internal and external stakeholder needs when making decisions, ensuring system optimization, data integrity, and user experience. The role has significant decision-making authority over system configurations, reporting structures, and governance processes, directly impacting enterprise-wide talent operations and compliance. It involves collaboration with IT, Talent, and business units, and includes indirect influence over training and communication teams. While not a people management role, it requires leadership in system governance and change management initiatives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, And Training)

  • 5--8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM or equivalent
  • Expertise in HCM reporting, system configuration, and security
  • Strong understanding of Talent business processes and compliance standards
  • Ability to lead cross-functional system governance
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and change leadership skills
  • Required licensures, professional certifications, and/or Board certifications as applicable
  • Individual in this position must be able to work in a standard office environment which requires sitting and viewing monitor(s) for extended periods of time, operating standard office equipment such as, but not limited to, a keyboard, copier and telephone

Compensation

The hourly pay range for this contract position (2.5-3.5 Years) is $75-81 per hour. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity. This role may be eligible for some benefits after 90 days. Details to be provided.
