As a Launch Strategist, you will serve as a trusted partner to biopharmaceutical clients preparing for product launches—one of the most exhilarating and critical phases in a product’s lifecycle. In this role, you will support the development, management, and execution of comprehensive launch readiness plans across therapeutic areas and geographies. Your responsibilities will span strategic planning, primary and secondary market research, cross-functional coordination, and client communications, with the ultimate goal of ensuring successful, on-time, and high-impact launches.
This role requires a mix of consulting experience, pharmaceutical industry knowledge, strong project management capabilities, and growing leadership acumen. You will work closely with senior consultants and directors to guide clients through launch planning, anticipate and mitigate risks, and provide analytical insights to support go-to-market strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategy and product launch expertise, with a proven track record of successfully leading and executing launch plans for innovative products. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate across various departments to ensure the successful launch and commercialization of our biopharmaceutical clients’ products.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $148,000 to $178,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and/or individual performance.
