Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Required; field of study: biological, chemical, physical or clinical laboratory science.
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of lab management experience.
• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist by a nationally recognized certifying agency.

• Oversee daily operations across the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine.
• Contribute to tactical and strategic planning and ensure regulatory and industry standards compliance.
