The Director of Labor & Employee Relations, under the supervision of the Chief Operating Officer and/or site Leadership, and/or at the direction of the Director of Labor & Employee Relations, serves as PAGNY’s site representative at an assigned healthcare location (“assigned location”) for administration and management matters related to the affiliation relationship at the site.
