As a Director IT, Workplace Employee Experience here at Honeywell, you will lead and drive the strategy and execution of workplace technology solutions to enhance the employee experience. You will be responsible for creating and supporting a seamless and efficient digital workplace environment that enables collaboration, productivity, and innovation. Your role will involve partnering with cross-functional teams and senior executives to understand business needs and develop technology solutions that meet those needs.
You will report directly to the Operations & Infrastructure Leader. This role will work out of our Morris Plains, Charlotte or Houston location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on the employee experience by providing innovative technology solutions that enable a modern and flexible work environment. You will drive the adoption of digital tools and platforms that enhance communication, collaboration, and productivity. Your leadership will play a critical role in shaping the future of workplace technology at Honeywell.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the strategy for workplace technology solutions to enhance the employee experience.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and senior executives to understand business needs and develop technology solutions that meet those needs.
- Responsible for global support desk with an optimized user experience for employees to report issues, follow up, and escalate.
- Responsible for global Executive IT support ensuring all leaders in the organization are well supported and their IT experiences are optimal, with presences at all hub locations.
- Drive the adoption of digital tools and platforms that enhance communication, collaboration, and productivity.
- Lead a team of IT professionals to deliver workplace technology solutions and support the digital workplace environment.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the continuous improvement of workplace technology solutions.
- Define and execute the roadmap for laptops, mobile devices, and print services ensuring performance, reliability, and user satisfaction.
- Evaluate emerging trends to drive innovation in End User Computing.
- Establish proactive monitoring and KPIs for platform health.
- Manage platform objectives, including Demand Management, Quality Assurance, Release Management / Design
- Authority, and Change Management.
- Collaborate and partner with all ERP, Applications, Operations and Infrastructure teams to ensure all incidents are documented and transitioned with quality and all ITIL practices are adhered to.
- Manage vendor relationships for staff augmentation, service delivery, and product development.

This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, informationsystems, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with a focus onworkplace technology
- 8+ years of progressive IT leadership roles, including peoplemanagement
- 5+ years of experience with Ordering & Onboarding & New Hires Logistics
- 5+ years of experience with Knowledge of ITIL and IT ServiceManagement
- 3+ years of experience with Executive care, Service Desk and Chatbot
- 3+ years of experience with Collaboration tools – Ms365, Teams, Sharepoint, OneDrive, VDI
- 3+ years of experience with Mobile Device Management (MS Intune Management) and Mobile Fleet Management
- Experience managing and planning a complex operating budget
- Ability to travel occasionally – approximately 15%
