Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science required.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT support strategy and daily operations across the company locations.
• Oversee a remote service desk, field support, and escalation management.
• Manage vendor relationships and SLAs for IT services.
• Lead POS deployments in new stores and acquisitions.
• Define and monitor KPIs to drive service delivery and user satisfaction.
