Qualifications

• ServiceNow Design Experience and Expertise.
• ITIL Foundations Certification is recommended; ITIL Design, Transition, Operations, and CSI are a plus.
• Can define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions to benefit the organization and maintain client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with others, including multiple levels of management and external clients and vendors.
• Must be able to work with and lead a geographically dispersed team.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership to a team of business analysts, including setting clear expectations, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new individual contributors as needed.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and mentor team members to enhance their skills and career growth.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organization's technology strategy and translate it into actionable goals for the business analyst team.
• Align the activities of the business analyst team with the company's overall technology roadmap.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects that require business analysis expertise.
• Ensure that project scopes, requirements, and objectives are well-defined and clearly communicated to all stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
