Job summary

Arcwood is seeking a Director, IT Business Relations – Operations in Indianapolis to lead the interface between IT and Operations across facilities. You will drive alignment of IT investments with operational goals and oversee a team delivering mission-critical enterprise applications and ERP enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, engineering or related field.
• 7+ years IT management experience with 3+ years supporting Operations.
• Experience selecting third-party providers and delivering initiatives on time and on budget.
• Experience leading development teams for enterprise applications.
• Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
• Lead IT projects including planning and M&A integrations.
• Oversee a team of developers, analysts and project managers for ERP platform.
• Own end-to-end requirements collection and stakeholder alignment before development.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards and SLAs across implementations.
• Develop documentation and training materials for users and staff.
