Job summary

Ultipro in Texas seeks a Senior IT leader to drive digital transformation across Manufacturing, Engineering, and Procurement. You will own SAP S/4HANA programs, manage a global delivery team, and partner with line-of-business leaders to align strategy with execution.

You will oversee legacy MAPICS coexistence, data migration, governance, cybersecurity, and modernization programs, while delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of IT leadership experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain functions.
• Strong experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA, especially in Manufacturing, Procurement, and Engineering modules.
• Hands-on experience with Teamcenter PLM and PLM-ERP integrations.
• Experience supporting or transitioning from legacy ERP systems (iSeries, MAPICS, AS/400).
• Demonstrated success as a Business Relationship Manager or business-facing IT leader.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary BRM for Manufacturing, acting as the strategic interface between business leadership and Digital & IT Applications.
