Job summary

Jobtailor in California seeks a Senior Enterprise Integration Architect to define and drive the integration strategy and roadmap across MuleSoft, SAP PI/PO, and Oracle SOA. You will establish governance, standards, and reusable frameworks while ensuring high availability, security, and scalable solutions.

You will lead architecture and design using APIs, ETL, middleware, and event-driven frameworks; mentor internal and outsourced teams; manage vendors; and partner with IT and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of IT integration, middleware, or enterprise architecture experience.
• 5+ years in leadership roles managing integration teams or large programs.
• Hands-on with modern integration platforms; MuleSoft strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP PI/PO, Oracle SOA, or comparable systems.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, ETL, event streaming, and EDI.
• Proven ability to lead outsourced/offshore resources.

• • Oversee MuleSoft, SAP PI/PO, Oracle SOA, and other integration platforms
• • Ensure high availability, performance, security, and scalability of integration solutions
• • Prioritize and manage the integration project portfolio
• • Lead integration architecture and design using APIs, middleware, ETL, and event-driven frameworks
• • Manage, mentor, and develop internal and outsourced integration specialists
• • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to identify needs and deliver solutions
• • Manage external vendors and integration partners
• • Improve integration processes through API-led connectivity, CI/CD, and automated monitoring
• • Serve as the subject matter expert and strategic leader for enterprise integration

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in IT integration, middleware, or enterprise architecture roles
• 5+ years in leadership positions managing integration teams or large-scale integration programs
• Hands-on expertise with modern integration platforms and tools, with MuleSoft strongly preferred
• Knowledge of SAP PI/PO, Oracle SOA, or comparable systems
• Enterprise-level integration architecture and frameworks, including REST/SOAP APIs, ETL processes, message queues, event streaming, and EDI
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams, including managing outsourced/offshore resources
• Strong project and portfolio management skills, including budget management and timely delivery
• Experience establishing integration governance, Centers of Excellence, standards, and guidelines
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL processes
• Knowledge of data security, SOX, GDPR, and risk management for systems integration and data flows
• Ability to reside within a commutable distance to both Brea, California and Irvine, California
• Ability to work onsite 4 days per week
