Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
• Experience leading technology strategy in manufacturing and distribution environments.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, systems integration, cybersecurity, networking, and business applications.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional technology projects.

Role

The IT and Business Technology Solutions Director provides leadership for the organization's technology, systems, and business applications.

This role is responsible for supporting operational efficiency, managing technology initiatives, overseeing vendors and technology resources, and ensuring systems effectively support business objectives.

The ideal candidate brings experience leading technology functions, improving business processes, managing enterprise systems, and partnering with leadership to drive organizational success.
