Role
  • Support Ethoca’s scaling and growth as a BD or Sales Leader for North America.
  • Engage with financial institutions and fintechs to expand market penetration of Ethoca solutions.
  • Collaborate with Mastercard regional teams and Ethoca’s Product & Technology teams to deliver results.
  • Identify business opportunities and meet sales objectives.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to build long-term trusted relationships.
  • Operate within a matrixed organization leveraging Mastercard’s account relationship model.
  • Drive sales to issuers, financial management software companies, and fintech entities similar to card issuing banks.
  • Navigate financial organizations to gain adoption of ideas and concepts.
  • Represent Ethoca at industry events, positioning Mastercard as a trusted partner.
  • Monitor competitors, regulatory changes, and engage external stakeholders.
  • Report to the VP, Issuer Sales, North America, and work closely with Ethoca and Mastercard teams.
  • Location is flexible; travel may be required.
All About You
  • Experience with SaaS contracts with Financial Institutions, preferably with technical knowledge of Digital Banking.
  • Understanding of fintechs, digital disruption, and consumer payment tools.
  • Experience in start-up or entrepreneurial environments.
  • Ability to lead complex initiatives and manage customer relationships.
  • Results-driven and collaborative approach to accelerating deals and implementations.
