The Finance team, led by our Chief Financial Officer, is building the capabilities Turing needs as it scales toward the public markets: sourcing and closing deals, deploying strategic capital, and telling our story to investors with rigor.
This role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and works closely with the CEO and board.
We are hiring a leader to own inorganic growth and capital markets strategy on the Finance team. You will own M&A end to end, build and run our strategic investment (ventures) activity, and stand up the investor relations and IPO-readiness function. This is a mandate to own a function, not just execute deals, with direct exposure to the CFO, CEO, and board.
Turing is preparing for the public markets. Success in this role will directly shape how Turing grows through acquisitions and strategic investments, how it allocates capital, and how investors understand the business ahead of an IPO.
You will build these functions from the ground up, creating the M&A playbook, ventures program, and investor narrative that Turing will rely on as a public company.
The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $230,000-$310,000 USD. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for variable compensation, equity and additional benefits.
Individual compensation will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business considerations.

At Turing we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace and celebrate authenticity, so if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
