Job summary

LeMaitre Vascular is seeking a Director of Investor Relations to lead the day-to-day IR program and support selected FP&A activities. You will coordinate earnings materials, investor events, and communications, partnering with the CFO and CEO to ensure accurate, compliant external messaging.

The role requires senior IR experience, strong financial modeling, and the ability to engage institutional investors and sell-side analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in investor relations or equity research or 5+ years in investment banking, corporate finance, FP&A, or a related field.
• Meaningful public-company investor relations or Wall Street-facing experience preferred.
• Experience supporting quarterly earnings, financial guidance, investor presentations, and other public-company communications preferred.
• Medical device, life sciences, or healthcare experience preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; translate complex financial, commercial, clinical and operational information into clear investor communications.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting concepts, financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and public-company performance metrics.
• Demonstrated executive presence and ability to interact credibly with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, executives, and Board members.
• Strong analytical judgment and ability to identify the principal drivers of financial performance and investor perception.
• Strong project-management and organizational skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple contributors and meet immovable earnings and disclosure deadlines.

Overview

Reporting to the CFO, the Director, Investor Relations leads the day-to-day execution of LeMaitre Vascular's investor relations program and supports selected financial planning and analysis activities. The Director coordinates quarterly earnings and investor events, develops investor communications, monitors market expectations and shareholder sentiment, and serves as a day-to-day contact for sell-side analysts and selected investors. The role works closely with the CFO, CEO, Accounting, Legal, Finance, and business leaders to ensure external communications are accurate, consistent, and compliant with Company disclosure policies. The role supports the CFO as the primary contact for the Company's most significant investor and analyst relationships and takes the lead in IR communications for broad shareholder base and external relationships, including individually presenting at select conferences and individually representing the company externally.

Responsibilities

Investor Relations Responsibilities (approximately 75% of time)

• Leads the day-to-day execution of the Company's IR strategy and annual IR calendar.
• Leads the development and coordination of quarterly earnings materials, including the earnings release, prepared remarks, investor presentation, anticipated Q&A, executive briefing materials, and earnings-call logistics.
• Develops and maintains the corporate investor presentation, investor fact sheet, investor website content, and other investor-facing materials.
• Develops analytical models and tools to support management's guidance-setting process; maintains a detailed consensus model and monitors sell-side estimates, valuation assumptions, and investor expectations.
• Conducts peer-company, industry, valuation, and capital-markets analysis and synthesizes relevant competitive, clinical, reimbursement, and end-market developments for management.
• Analyzes the Company's shareholder base, trading activity (13-F), and institutional ownership and develops plans focused on reaching appropriate long-term shareholders.
• Presents at investor conferences and conducts NDR meetings
• Prepares the CFO, CEO, and other executives for investor conferences, meetings, and events and represents the Company at selected conferences, non-deal roadshows, and investor meetings as delegated by the CFO.
• Maintains relationships with sell-side research analysts, responds to routine inquiries using publicly disclosed information and approved Company messaging, and cultivates relationships with prospective analysts to broaden appropriate research coverage.
• Maintains the investor CRM, meeting history, notes, follow-up items, and outreach activity; coordinates and plans investor visits and analyst days.
• Works with the CFO, Legal, and Accounting to ensure investor communications are accurate, consistent with Company disclosures, and compliant with Regulation FD and Company disclosure policies.
• Supports investor communications related to acquisitions, capital allocation, debt and equity financings, and other significant corporate developments.
• Supports CFO with coordination, logistics, travel and other administrative tasks for investor meetings, NDRs, conferences and other events.

Financial Analysis and Planning Responsibilities (approximately 25% of time)

• Supports the Annual Plan and periodic forecasting processes, with particular focus on aligning the internal financial outlook, external guidance, and investor communications.
• Performs financial and operating analysis to identify the principal drivers of revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, earnings, cash flow, and quarterly performance.
• Supports quarterly performance and variance analysis and helps translate financial results into clear internal and external messaging.
• Develops financial models, peer analyses, and other decision-support materials
• Provides targeted analytical support for acquisitions, capital-allocation decisions, strategic initiatives, and capital-markets activities.
