The Director of Inventory Control & Analysis (FP&A) will lead financial planning, forecasting, and business analytics functions for Ross as it relates to Inventory and Gross Margin. As a key leader within the finance team, the role provides critical insights and decision support to senior leadership, helping drive financial and operational performance, profitability, and strategic initiatives. The Director also owns the creation of various financial reports and board‑level updates to support our Senior Executives (including "C" level executives), the Board of Directors, and the Investor Relations department. This is a high‑impact, forward‑thinking finance leadership role that thrives in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment. The Director reports to the Vice President of Inventory Control and interacts regularly with all levels across the company.
Base salary range: $137,400 – $259,050. The range depends on experience, skills, qualifications, education, certifications, seniority, and location. It represents one component of the total compensation package.
Job requires ability to work in an office environment, primarily on a computer. Requires sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking on the telephone, attending in‑person meetings, typing, and working with paper/files. Consistent timeliness and regular attendance are required. Vision requirements: ability to see information in print and/or electronically.
This role requires regular in‑office presence, including in‑person team interaction, meetings, collaboration, client support, mentoring, coaching, and/or feedback. However, the role can perform duties effectively with a combination of in‑office and remote work. #LI-Hybrid.
