Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
• MBA or equivalent preferred
• 12+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience in regional or international commercialization
• Experience establishing affiliate teams or commercial operations in new international markets
• Knowledge of international legal, regulatory, reimbursement, payer, and pricing environments
• Experience leading cross-functional matrix teams to deliver commercialization outcomes
• Commercial leadership or significant involvement in product and indication launches
• Experience with biologics and international forecasting, budgeting, or business case development

Responsibilities

• Develop international commercialization strategies and execution plans across major and mid-sized markets
• Lead geographic expansion activities and establish commercial presence in new markets
• Coordinate launch readiness and commercialization activities with Global Marketing teams
• Guide a matrix network of commercialization leads across international markets
• Act as the regional lead for commercial alliance activities and partner engagement
• Review pricing approaches and commercial business cases with Global Pricing and Market Access
• Represent Regeneron in international meetings, conferences, and public affairs activities
• Build strong partnerships across cultures and functions to drive shared goals
