Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in legal, court, or ADR environment required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• In-depth knowledge of case management best practices is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Deliver case management services ensuring professionalism and integrity.
• Manage arbitration and mediation cases while maintaining neutrality.
• Assist with organizing and managing ICDR/AAA conferences.
