Qualifications

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in legal, court, or ADR environment.
• Ability to effectively interact with parties, counsel, and neutrals.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and adapting to new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver case management services and promote ICDR services.
• Manage arbitration and mediation cases ensuring neutrality.
• Communicate ICDR/AAA policies to parties and representatives.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers.
