Job summary

Saint Mary’s Health Network in Reno, NV seeks an experienced Internal Medicine physician to serve as Program Director for the IM Residency Program. You will shape the program's strategic direction, coordinate curriculum, recruit faculty, and oversee accreditation standards.

You will lead clinical teaching, ensure high-quality resident education, engage in scholarly activity, and collaborate with hospital services to integrate education with patient care.

Qualifications

• Internal Medicine post-residency clinical experience.
• 3+ years GME teaching/administrative experience as Program Director or Associate PD.
• Excellent communication skills and involvement in scholarship/publications.
