Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise continuity clinic operations and clinical staff.
• Ensure quality, safety, and patient satisfaction benchmarks are met.
• Provide mentorship to residents and advanced practice providers.
• Partner with GME leadership on training program integration.
• Drive quality improvement and evidence-based care initiatives.
• Engage in strategic planning with hospital administration.
• Maintain an active patient panel and provide direct care.
