Job summary

Mammoth Brands is seeking a leader to head internal audit, risk management and governance. You will evolve the SOX program, shape the ERM framework, and drive AI-enabled auditing across Finance, IT, Operations and Legal.

This role requires building strong partnerships with executives, designing scalable controls, and ensuring timely, board-ready reporting. You will balance risk, speed, and accountability in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building and leading internal audit, risk management and governance programs.
• Proven ability to mature SOX programs and implement GRC solutions.
• Strong collaboration with Finance, IT, Operations and Legal partners.
• Track record in using AI-forward auditing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Earn the room. Build a trusted internal audit presence across partners and manage external auditors.
• Mature our SOX program with scalable, annual coverage and clean external coordination.
• Be a thought partner on control design for risk-adjusted, scalable solutions.
• Lead GRC program design and rollout on ERP platforms.
• Drive AI-driven audit tools to improve testing efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Own governance cadence with quarterly disclosure committee meetings and board-ready materials.
• Expand our ERM program to inform audit plans and business decisions.
