Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting or internal transformation roles.
• Experience leading and scaling consulting teams in a global, matrixed environment.
• Deep understanding of Financial services and/or Asset management.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence at the highest levels.
• Proficiency in executive-level presentation tools (e.g., MS PowerPoint).

• Lead complex, multi-regional consulting engagements across business and technology domains.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to members of the executive and senior leadership teams.
• Build and maintain a sustainable network of senior client relationships across the firm.
• Provide thought leadership and deep expertise across consulting domains including operating model, technology, data, regulatory, and strategy.
• Structure and manage highly complex programs, while also overseeing delivery by Senior Principal Consultants.
• Actively coach, mentor, and develop team members, with a track record of helping others achieve their potential.

The team combines structured problem-solving with deep institutional knowledge to deliver high-impact change initiatives that align with the firm's strategic priorities.
