Job summary

Invesco Real Estate is seeking a Principal, Portfolio Services to support cross-region operations and collaborate with Investments, Compliance and service providers in delivering efficient production support for cash-related operations.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, process improvement and governance across global teams, with a preference for candidates with CFA/CMA designation and experience with instrument lifecycles and fund accounting.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance or business area of concentration is required.
• MBA or CFA/CMA/CA/CPA is an asset.
• Experience with third-party middle office and custody providers is a plus.
• Familiarity with instrument trades, settlement, valuation and fund accounting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and input on solutions to address cross-region business concerns.
• Assist in resolution of production issues with accuracy and efficiency.
• Liaise with key stakeholders across Investments, Compliance, Service Providers and global teams.
• Research, analyze and document new business requirements and system changes.
• Develop and execute team plans and priorities to meet objectives.
• Establish a global support and oversight model addressing regional needs.
• Document SOPs and ensure cross-training across the team.

Assist in the resolution of critical production issues, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
