Job summary

Niagara Bottling seeks a Director of Internal Communications to lead strategic internal communications and employee engagement across regions. You will partner with senior leaders to align messaging, support change management, and elevate business priorities.

In a fast-paced, matrixed environment you will develop multi-channel programs, create content calendars, deliver executive communications, and build trust in the company’s values through storytelling and inclusive, timely updates.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in internal communications with senior leaders.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling with appropriate tone.
• Experience managing programs end-to-end from strategy to measurement.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop internal communications strategies to advance priorities and strengthen engagement.
• Lead multi-channel platforms to elevate leadership visibility.
• Plan and execute leadership meetings, town halls, and plant tours.
• Create content calendars and measure impact across channels.
