Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in internal audit or a similar role, ideally in Big4 or public companies.
• 4+ years of relevant industry experience in healthcare, insurance, or technology.
• 4+ years experience in managing teams of internal resources or consultants.

Responsibilities

• Assist in shaping and executing the IA strategic roadmap.
• Lead the annual risk-based internal audit plan development.
• Provide advisory services and insights to business partners.
