Job summary

Florida State University seeks a capable administrator to manage the Interdisciplinary Medical Sciences B.S. Degree Program Academic Office within the College of Medicine.

You will coordinate curriculum decisions, student outcomes, and program initiatives, ensuring alignment with college goals. Lead a team of staff, oversee enrollment and advising processes, and partner with senior academic leaders to plan short- and long-term IMS activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and six years of experience related to academic and/or student services.
• Note: post-high school education can substitute for experience at the equivalent rate.

Responsibilities

• Manage the IMS B.S. Degree Program Academic Office day-to-day operations.
• Serve as liaison within the College of Medicine and FSU to ensure program success.
• Supervise salaried staff, hire, train, and set performance standards.
