Job summary

RSM US LLP in Dallas seeks a senior leader to oversee complex integration and separation engagements across multiple transactions, providing strategic guidance on post-transaction planning, execution, and risk management.

You will oversee engagement teams, ensure delivery quality, mentor managers, and help expand client relationships, with travel as required by client engagements. Scheduling remains highly flexible based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 9+ years of experience in client engagements.
• Proven experience leading complex client engagements.

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $151,200 - $304,200

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
