Qualifications

• Beauty industry experience is required.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership across integrated marketing, brand activation, or omnichannel marketing.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio-wide marketing vision and operating rhythm across social, influencer, PR, shopper and retail media.
• Orchestrate cohesive, insight-led campaigns with clear roles for every channel.
• Redesign processes and ownership to enable cross-disciplinary collaboration.
• Direct integrated execution across the full portfolio balancing enterprise standards with brand-specific needs.
• Oversee Shopper Marketing and ensure retail media is integrated into the marketing mix.
• Connect brand marketing with Amazon and e-commerce activities and national media.
• Develop the team from content production to end-to-end campaign management.
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships with brand, sales, e-commerce, creative, media and agencies.
• Provide data-driven results and continuously improve the marketing model.
