Job summary

Care Logistics is seeking a Manager of Integrated Solutions to lead a team of Interface and Solutions Engineers delivering healthcare integration projects. You will balance hands-on technical work with people leadership, guiding the team through complex client requirements and project deliverables.

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare IT and 2+ years of people management, with expertise in HL7/Rhapsody and FHIR. Travel and client-facing duties are part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, IT, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in healthcare IT, integration engineering.
• 2+ years of people management.
• Proficiency in HL7, Rhapsody; knowledge of FHIR and EHR processes.
• Experience with SQL, XML, JSON.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Interface Engineers and Solutions Engineers.
• Create and manage team workplans; assign projects based on skills & capacity.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and feedback conversations.
• Serve as first escalation point for team challenges.
• Support and lead customer go-live events; collaborate with Client Services.
