About Your New Role

The Director of Inside Channel Management will oversee and mentor the ICAM team, driving strategic growth. This role involves outreach-driven sales to unengaged channel partners, supporting high-value deal closures, and leveraging expertise in SD-WAN, SASE, and Network Aggregation technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the ICAM team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Drive outreach sales to unengaged partners, scheduling demos and managing the sales funnel to closure.
  • Support ICAMs in closing deals and navigating complex sales scenarios.
  • Utilize technical knowledge in SD-WAN, SASE, and Network Aggregation to enhance sales efforts.
  • Promote Command|Link’s channel strategy and engage with top partners across the U.S.
  • Monitor team performance and implement strategies to meet sales targets, developing training programs as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership in inside channel or sales management roles.
  • Data-driven sales expertise, including CRM KPI management and process optimization.
  • Experience in outreach sales to channel partners.
  • Technical proficiency in SD-WAN/SASE and Network Aggregation is a strong bonus.
  • Successful track record in closing high-value deals and supporting complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
