Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, innovation, corporate development, venture incubation, management consulting, product leadership, business development, or related fields.
• Experience in streaming media, FAST, connected TV, digital advertising, or media technology.
• Experience developing business cases, financial models, and commercialization strategies.
• Track record of launching new products, services, ventures, or growth initiatives.
• Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and executive presentation capabilities.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate emerging business opportunities that can accelerate Xumo's FAST growth and competitive differentiation.
• Develop business cases, market assessments, and growth strategies for new products, services, and business models.
• Lead end-to-end incubation efforts from ideation through validation, MVP launch, and commercialization.
• Build and maintain a portfolio of innovation initiatives aligned with strategic company priorities.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, BI, Content, Advertising, and Operations teams to drive execution.
