Description du poste

Director, Influencer & Community Marketing

About the role

The Director, Influencer & Community Marketing at Newbridge is a strategic, culturally fluent leader responsible for building and leading two core areas of the business: Community Management and Influencer Marketing Management. This role will establish the strategy, processes, platforms, and best practices needed to grow and scale both capabilities across Newbridge and our brand partner portfolio.

Community Management

Own and grow Campus Collaborative, Newbridge’s nationwide community connecting college students with paid brand opportunities, with responsibility for community recruitment, engagement, retention, communications, and activation. This includes developing an engaged network of students and ambassadors that Newbridge can authentically connect with brands, campaigns, campus activations, and live experiences.

Influencer Marketing Management

Lead the strategy and execution of influencer and creator programs on behalf of Newbridge’s brand partners, spanning paid creators, user-generated content (UGC), gifting, affiliate and content partnerships, student ambassadors, and NIL/student-athlete partnerships. This includes creator sourcing and vetting, campaign strategy, contracting and onboarding, relationship management, content execution, measurement, and reporting.

Sitting within the Client Services team and reporting to the VP, Client Services, this role will serve as Newbridge’s internal subject matter expert and strategic leader for influencer, creator, ambassador, and community marketing. The Director will set the vision for how these capabilities evolve while remaining hands-on in execution—building relationships with creators and community members, leading campaigns, and ensuring Newbridge and our brand partners remain relevant and meaningfully connected to Gen Z and Gen Alpha audiences.

What you’ll do
Build & Lead the Capability
  • Build and evolve Newbridge’s influencer and community marketing offering, establishing the strategy, operational framework, processes, workflows, platforms, measurement frameworks, and best practices needed to scale the capability.
  • Serve as Newbridge’s internal subject matter expert on influencer, creator, ambassador, and community marketing, advising internal teams and brand partners while staying ahead of platform trends, creator dynamics, cultural moments, and evolving Gen Z and Gen Alpha behaviors.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Client Services, Strategy, Business Development, Staffing, Production, and other teams to develop integrated solutions and ensure best-in-class service for both our brand partners and community.
  • Help define the future structure of Newbridge’s Influencer & Community Marketing team; hire, manage, and develop team members as the capability scales.
Community Management
  • Own and evolve Newbridge’s community strategy, including the growth of Campus Collaborative, our nationwide network connecting college students with paid brand opportunities, campus events, and activations.
  • Develop strategies to grow Campus Collaborative’s reach, membership, engagement, and retention while building an active, connected community of students and ambassadors.
  • Establish the ongoing community engagement and communications strategy, creating meaningful touchpoints that strengthen relationships and keep members engaged beyond individual campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities to activate the community across brand partner campaigns, campus activations, live experiences, research, content creation, and other Newbridge initiatives.
Influencer Marketing Management
  • Lead end-to-end strategy and execution for influencer, creator, ambassador, and NIL programs, from campaign concept and creator strategy through sourcing, contracting, content execution, measurement, and recap.
  • Oversee creator and talent sourcing, recruiting, vetting, contracting, onboarding, management, and payment across paid creators, UGC creators, student ambassadors, student-athletes, affiliates, and other influencer partnerships.
  • Establish best practices for creator contracting, compensation, usage rights, exclusivity, content licensing, disclosures, brand safety, and applicable FTC and platform requirements.
  • Manage relationships with creators, ambassadors, student-athletes, agencies, technology providers, and platform partners to build a strong partner ecosystem and ensure best-in-class execution.
  • Identify opportunities to extend creator content across paid, owned, experiential, retail, and other brand channels through usage rights, amplification, and integrated campaign planning.
  • Define measurement frameworks and KPIs that connect influencer and creator activity to brand partner objectives, using performance insights to optimize campaigns and inform future strategy.
  • Develop and manage program budgets and creator compensation models—including paid partnerships, affiliate marketing, and revenue share—with an understanding of agency profitability and client value.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in influencer, creator, ambassador, and/or community marketing, with agency experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record building, scaling, and managing influencer, creator, ambassador, and/or community marketing programs, including developing the processes, tools, and best practices needed to support growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic recommendations and translate brand objectives into effective influencer, creator, and community marketing programs.
  • Deep understanding of the modern creator landscape, including platform dynamics across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms, as well as evolving creator and cultural trends.
  • Experience leveraging influencer management, measurement, and discovery platforms (e.g., CreatorIQ, Tagger, Captiv8, Later, or similar) to manage programs and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Strong understanding of creator contracting and partnership considerations, including compensation, usage rights, exclusivity, content licensing, disclosures, brand safety, and FTC guidelines.
  • Knowledge of creator monetization models, including paid partnerships, affiliate marketing, revenue share, gifting, and content licensing.
  • Experience building, managing, and engaging ambassador, student, campus, creator, or other community-based networks strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with athletic NIL (Name, Image, Likeness) programs and the student-athlete partnership landscape strongly preferred.
  • Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills, with experience serving as a strategic advisor and confidently presenting recommendations, campaign strategies, and performance insights to brand partners.
  • Strong project and budget management skills, with the ability to lead strategy while remaining hands-on in campaign execution and managing multiple programs and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience managing and developing team members, with the ability to help build and scale a growing function.
  • Highly collaborative, entrepreneurial, and culturally curious, with the ability to build something new while working effectively across Client Services, Strategy, Business Development, Staffing, Production, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across distributed teams.
Compensation

The salary range for this position is $105,000–$125,000 annually, plus eligible for a performance-based bonus and comprehensive benefits package. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and alignment with the scope and responsibilities of the role.
