Job summary

Labcorp seeks a Director, Product Portfolio Management – Infectious Disease to lead portfolio strategy, commercialization excellence, and lifecycle management. You will align cross-functional stakeholders, drive forecasting, resource planning, and operational efficiency to achieve profitable growth.

The role partners with Marketing, R&D, Operations, and Market Access to shape product evolution, pricing, and go-to-market strategy, while ensuring successful launches and acquisitions across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of product management or portfolio strategy in diagnostics/life sciences.
• Advanced degree preferred: MS/MPH/MBA.
• 5+ years in diagnostics commercialization and regulatory pathways.
• 5+ years in Infectious Disease domain.

Responsibilities

• Lead product and portfolio lifecycle strategy, forecasting, and roadmap development.
• Apply disease-domain expertise, regulatory insight, and business acumen to drive profitability and portfolio performance.
• Monitor scientific, regulatory, and competitive developments to steer portfolio direction.
• Develop product business cases, including market sizing, growth projections, and total cost estimation.
• Serve as the commercial representative across R&D, Operations, and Market Access teams.
• Manage strategic partnerships to expand product capabilities and revenue.
• Communicate product vision to partners and internal teams.
• Lead alignment on pricing, go-to-market strategy, and launches.
