Labcorp, a global leader in diagnostic services, seeks a Director to drive portfolio strategy and commercialization for Infectious Disease. You will align cross-functional teams across R&D, Operations, and Market Access to optimize launches and scale products.

The role requires leading forecasting, strategic partnerships, and market access considerations to expand margins and market share. Hybrid schedule expected near Labcorp hubs with in-office days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of product management/portfolio strategy in diagnostics/life sciences.
• Advanced degree preferred (MS, MPH, MBA).
• 5+ years in diagnostics commercialization and regulatory pathways.

Responsibilities

• Lead product and portfolio lifecycle strategy, forecasting, and roadmap development.
• Inform portfolio direction with disease-domain expertise, regulatory insight, and business acumen.
• Develop product business cases including market sizing, growth projections, costs, and requirements.
• Serve as commercial representative across scientific, operational, and market access teams.
• Manage strategic partnerships to expand capabilities and revenue streams.
• Communicate product vision to partners and internal teams.
• Represent customer voice in committees and align on pricing/go-to-market.
