Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience acquiring and developing commercial real estate.
• Experience with industrial properties.
• Ability to build and interpret acquisition and development pro forma models.
• Experience underwriting acquisition deals.
• Experience negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, and development agreements.
• Ability to travel 10–20%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee acquisitions, redevelopment, and development activities in New Jersey from East Rutherford, NJ office.
• Lead origination, underwriting, and execution of industrial property acquisitions and development opportunities.
• Partner with Investment, Market, Development, and Leasing teams to evaluate opportunities and present recommendations.
• Monitor market trends and translate insights into investment recommendations and capital deployment opportunities.
• Direct land development, entitlement, and due diligence efforts for new investments.
• Coach, mentor, and guide junior team members.
