Qualifications

• Experience driving lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop vision and strategy for the Industrial Engineering Division.
• Hire, coach, and mentor Industrial Engineering Managers and engineers.
• Review production data and identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Drive improvements in OEE, labor productivity, and capacity.
• Manage materials, inventory, and consumption control; budget labor, materials, and utilities.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing capacity models and automation.
