NPR is seeking a strategic and mission-driven Director of Individual Giving to join our development team in Washington, DC. NPR is seeking a strategic and mission-driven Director of Individual Giving to join our dynamic development team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Major Gifts, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating high-level philanthropic partnerships by managing a portfolio of major donor prospects capable of 6- and 7-figure gifts. In this role, you will execute a comprehensive moves management strategy—from initial qualification to long-term stewardship—while collaborating across the organization to drive revenue goals and champion a culture of philanthropy that supports NPR’s commitment to public media.

Salary Range: The U.S.-based anticipated salary range for this opportunity is $132,000-$137,000 plus benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum salaries NPR expects to provide for new hires for the position across all US locations.
NPR Benefits: NPR provides comprehensive benefits for employees and dependents. Regular, full-time employees scheduled to work 30 hours or more per week are eligible to enroll in NPR’s benefits options.
