• Strong background in supplier governance, contract oversight, risk management, and cross-functional executive partnership.

• Monitor functional performance, key metrics, and financial outcomes to ensure procurement delivers measurable business value.
• Resolve escalated supplier, contracting, and governance issues that require cross-functional alignment and executive judgment.

Job Description

The Director, Indirect Sourcing will provide enterprise-wide leadership for the Strategic Procurement function, setting procurement strategy, governance, and operating standards across indirect categories. Directs supervisors, and senior procurement specialists to deliver supplier performance, contracting discipline, cost optimization, and risk management in support of business objectives. Serves as a senior advisor to executive leadership on supplier portfolio decisions, sourcing strategy, organizational design, and procurement transformation. Accountable for functional outcomes, cross-functional alignment, and the continuous maturation of procurement capabilities, tools, and processes.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 10+ years of progressive indirect procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience, including leadership responsibility at the director level.

Hiring Salary Range : The typical hiring salary for this role, ranges from USD $178113.04 to $265728.7 per year but varies by specific work location. For example, the hiring salary for this role in Melville, NY is $213735.65 to $318874.43 per year and New York City, NY is $222641.3 to $332160.87 . Within a range, our company determines base pay for an individual based on various factors, including market conditions, skills, and experience.

Incentive Eligible (RBP) : This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus of up to 15% of the annual base salary. The bonus is contingent upon both individual and company performance.
