Description du poste

As the Indirect Procurement Director for Capex, MRO and Utilities, you will lead procurement strategy, governance, and execution for Kraft Heinz's CapEx, MRO, and Utilities categories across North America. These categories support the performance, reliability, and growth of our manufacturing and supply chain operations. They include capital design and engineering services, production and facility equipment, construction services, maintenance parts and services, utilities, sanitation, water treatment, waste management, and other critical operational support services. You will partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Global Procurement leaders across all business units. Together, you will develop forward-looking category strategies that align with business priorities, operational requirements, innovation initiatives, asset protection needs, and long-term growth objectives. You will make sure these strategies turn into effective execution, delivering sustainable value while maintaining supply continuity, managing risk, and supporting the changing needs of the business. You will lead a team responsible for strategic supplier management, commercial negotiations, and procurement transformation initiatives. You will also drive adoption of digital capabilities and data-driven decision-making, and partner with our digital and offshore support teams to improve service delivery, process efficiency, and organizational effectiveness. Success in this role requires balancing productivity, operational excellence, risk mitigation, and technology enablement.
